Are You In?

I’ve been carrying a steady, simmering rage since 2016, one that grows with every hard truth and buried injustice I unveil.

Each unveiling has shown me the ways I’ve held myself back, and the depths of systemic oppression that I, along with so many others, were raised to accept as normal. It’s a harsh look into the misogyny, racism, and "good girl" conditioning that’s woven into our lives.

But I refuse to believe my hope for a different outcome was for nothing, and I refuse to let oppression sever my will to advocate, resist, and fight.

I personally understand what it means to live through trauma and choose to keep moving forward. This is why I will continue to stand up and to amplify my voice and the voices of those who’ve been silenced, hurt, and oppressed.

I look to my trusted community and people who understand that real change andreal magic happens through collective action and shared resistance. Here is where hope lives, pulsating with energy that continues to awaken and empower those held down or kept silent.

I will continue to be an ally in all forms of the word.  I acknowledge that allyship isn't just in declaration but in self reflection, conversation, listening, and gathering. I will continue to do the self-reflection work required, and I will continue to listen and observe. I implore you to do the same.

This work I do for myself and my clients is inherently political becauseit challenges perfectionism and shame, concepts rooted in white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism. By fostering self-compassion and acceptance, I aim to empower people to reject these oppressive standards and embrace their whole selves.

This approach is a form of resistance against systems that thrive on self-doubt, and it offers a pathway toward healing and liberation.

We've been given another mirror; a larger, clearer one that challenges us to confront our values. Please, take the time you need to grieve, to feel. But for the sake of community, don’t turn away from this reflection.

I've compiled a free list to help you process your anger/rage/feelings of “what do I do with this energy inside of me?"

Click the button below for a list of resources I’ve made available on my website. If you have suggestions, I’d love to hear them.

We’ve got work to do, and we’ll do it side by side.
