Resources for

Implementing Change

Enraged but don’t know where to start?

Now, more than ever, we are being called to reflection.

We've been given another mirror; a larger, clearer one that challenges us to confront our values. Please, take the time you need to grieve, to feel. But for the sake of community, don’t turn away from this reflection.

I welcome community and reflection more deeply into my life. Moving forward, I’m even more committed to integrating this vision even more deeply into my work so that you, too, can find and carry this strength.

I have compiled a list of resource that have benefitted either myself or my clients and an offering of channeling our collective rage/sadness/wtf do I do into action self-observation and reflection.

This list is still in development. Feel free to send me your suggestions to thetenderhearetedhealer@gmail

What Clients Are Saying

During my time with Tara, I felt really at peace with opening up. She helped me to really uncovered what I should work on releasing. This has been extremely helpful to open me up to the love that is within. Tara is so gentle, compassionate, and of course tender! She is a beautiful soul that will for sure brighten and awaken you. I highly recommend her to others who have difficulty opening up and letting love in!
